Scheduling: Carolina Chair Rub requires at least 48 hours prior to service date for scheduling. Carolina Chair Rub provides services Monday – Saturday 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. and closed Sunday.
Payment: Carolina Chair Rub requires payment in-full to secure/schedule date of service.
Confirmation: Carolina Chair Rub will issue a copy of your Cherub Booking Details, with email, text, and/or call confirmation upon receipt of full payment. A reminder email, text, and/or call will be issued 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment (message & data rates may apply).
Cancellation: Carolina Chair Rub requires cancellation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment; failure to do so will result in cancellation fee of 50% total paid/only 50% refund to customer. See FAQs for Gift Card & Workplace Wellness appointment cancellations.
Unused Time: Carolina Chair Rub offers 7 different Service Sizes, with no reimbursement/refund for unused time.
Session Override: Carolina Chair Rub offers 2-20 minute Seated Spans as preferences only; Carolina Chair Rub will manage (cut/extend) Seated Spans based on Actual # of Participants - always welcoming Repeat Seating, to minimize crowding & to prevent unused time.
Staffing: Carolina Chair Rub typically assigns (2-5) Crew Members to every appointment: (1) Lead Therapist "First-Hand", (1-2) Dedicated Greeters "Right-Hands", & (1-2) Featured Contractor-Therapists "Second-Hans" (based on appointment details & Therapist-availability).
Gratuity: Carolina Chair Rub only requires tipping, if stationed outdoors (tip boxes are automatically placed per each massage chair station). If stationed indoors, displayed tip boxes are optional for accepting cash tips at appointments; gratuity is always accepted via the Carolina Chair Rub website.
Promotion: Carolina Chair Rub requires Informed Consent from all Participants (those receiving massages) for legality, safety and permission to contact. Participant contact information is optional. If provided, Participants may be contacted by servicing Massage Therapists/Independent Contractors/Company Co-Chairs of Carolina Chair Rub, LLC.
Assurance: Carolina Chair Rub, LLC offers Massage Services provided by verified, fully-insured North Carolina Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapists only.
Satisfaction: Carolina Chair Rub appointments include a "Cherub Statistical Appointment Tracking Report". Customized appointment details are sent via email within 24 hours of each service date completion.
