- Cancellation must be within 24-hours of your appointment to receive a full-refund.

 If I Decide to Use a Sign-up Sheet, What Do I Need to Know?

• You may provide us with your sign-up list on the day of your appointment.

• Sending reminders helps encourage optimal attendance for your appointment.

• Our average chair massage is 2-10 minutes long.

• You may schedule back-to-back slots; gaps in-between are not necessary.

• You may repeat your Participants to fill open slots (slots without names).

• We welcome Repeat Seating, if open slots are still available at your appointment.

• We may offer open slots to any interested Participants at your appointment.

• Participants who miss their scheduled slots are considered "no-shows"

• "No-Shows" may only reschedule during open slots at your appointment.
