- A professional massage establishment owner/business manager (in Wilmington, NC or within 100 miles of Greensboro, NC) submits a Carolina Chair Rub Company Co-Chair Agreement to become a Company Co-Chair.
- The Company Co-Chair can now offer, promote, and receive calls for On-Site Chair Massage services to be satisfied via Carolina Chair Rub, LLC.
- The Company Co-Chair directs their on-site chair massage calls to Carolina Chair Rub, LLC for booking and servicing.
- Carolina Chair Rub, LLC responds to all customer calls for on-site chair massage services, as standard.
- Carolina Chair Rub, LLC provides the indicated Company Co-Chair scanned copies of contact information collected from each completed appointment.

When Asked How to Schedule Their On-Site Chair Massage Appointment:
"Actually, you schedule directly with Carolina Chair Rub, LLC and just select our business name where it asks *Where Did You Hear About Us?* on the Booking Details you'll submit."
When Asked How Much On-Site Chair Massage Will Cost:

When You Are Ready to Call/Email Your (Post-Appointment) Leads:

~ Possible Scenarios That May Apply to You/Your Business ~
You Receive a Call for On-Site Chair Massage Beyond Wilmington or Past 100 Miles of Greensboro, NC:
***This is outside the Carolina Chair Rub service area and is therefore not covered by the Company Co-Chair Agreement. Calls received by Carolina Chair Rub, LLC will be referred back to the indicated Company Co-Chair for handling.Your business may service, refer these calls to another company, or utilize The Carolina Chair Rub Second-Hand Advantage for staffing assistance.***
You Want to Utilize The Carolina Chair Rub Second-Hand Advantage:
***As a Company Co-Chair, you may contact Carolina Chair Rub (up to twice monthly) to request staffing assistance with table massage appointments (or chair massage appointments outside the Carolina Chair Rub service area). Requests must come directly from the Company Co-Chair email or via This Webpage Submission; must provide the required information: appointment city, date & time (span), hourly pay rate, table/chair, if any - equipment/supplies needed; Contractors will only be directed to contact Company Co-Chair (name & #); Contractor responses are not guaranteed; There is absolutely no charge for this service. This benefit is currently unavailable to Wilmington, NC Company Co-Chairs***
Your Business Has Therapists to Work Chair Events:
***You may still opt to become a Company Co-Chair; however, any interested Therapist must first Become a Carolina Chair Rub Independent Contractor, in order to work any assignments with Carolina Chair Rub, LLC.***
Your Business Has a Current Contract to Provide On-Site Chair Massage:
***If you'd like to proceed with us, we encourage you to notify your contract-holder(s) & advise them of your desire to be a Company Co-Chair with Carolina Chair Rub for direct servicing of their upcoming appointments. We're available & happy to speak with your client(s) to assure & answer any questions they may have! Once you agree to make the necessary notification(s), we can proceed! Otherwise, we welcome you to contact us back, once your contract has ended, so that we may begin this benefit!***

How Does Carolina Chair Rub Benefit?
- We get the pleasure of introducing our deserving Contractor-Therapists to Flex-Space Locations throughout North Carolina!
- We enjoy the ability to offer these listings as exclusives to our Contractors only!
- Every Contractor plays a big part in helping us grow our business...we want to be a big part of helping them grow their businesses too!!
Does Carolina Chair Rub Profit Financially?
Nope, we do not collect any money from this deal! We simply compile verified listings and refer our Contractors. We do not charge any fees to our Contractors for these referrals. We do not charge any fees to the Flex-Space Locations for the listing management or referrals, either.
How Much Should Location Owners Charge Contractors per Use?
It's really up to the location owner(s). We require listings to reflect the cost of a 90-minute slot, as standard. Location owners may offer discounted rates, as well as special rates for half-day, full-day, and/or multi-hour bookings per week.
What Should Location Owners Request from Contractors?
It's really up to the location owner(s), but here are our suggestions:
- Therapist Name and License #
- Therapist Best Contact # (Mobile Preferred)
- Therapist Email Address
- Copy of Therapist Driver's License/State ID
- Copy of Therapist Proof of Current Professional Liability Insurance
Will CCR Provide Contractor Info to the Location Owners?
Rest assured, all Carolina Chair Rub Contractors are verified North Carolina Licensed Massage Therapists with Professional Liability Insurance; however, we will not share any information beyond Contractor name (as verification) with the location owner(s), if asked.
What Would CCR Recommend to Best Attract Contractors?
- Set the Per Use Rental Rate for your space reasonably/affordably
- Set the Availability of your space to optimal days & times for use
- Make Scheduling the use of your space quick & easy
- Communicate with inquiring Contractors to answer any questions
- Provide Amenities that could be considered useful
Will CCR Handle Any Related Issues/Problems?
We first recommend Location Owners & Contractors communicate with one another to resolve any complaints or concerns they may have with one another. While Carolina Chair Rub is not responsible or liable for any Flex-Space associated occurrences, we strongly encourage reporting to us - any potential threats to health, safety, business...or happiness! We welcome both parties to reach out to us at (336) 355-7896, as we're here & will always be happy to try to assist in any way we possibly can! In a worst case/irreconcilable matter, Carolina Chair Rub reserves the right to cancel a Location Owner's Flex-Space Listing or refrain from sharing any new listings with a Contractor.
What About Flex-Space Listing Cancellation?
We make it simple and painless for Location Owners to opt-out of future referrals, anytime and for any reason. Location Owners need only to call us at (336) 355-7896 .
- We send email & text notification of listing discontinuation to all Contractors previously provided the now-inactive listing...
- We then send a Deactivation Confirmation to the Location Owner...
- We refrain from sending the listing to any more Contractors!
Can Location Owners "PAUSE" Their Listings?
We make it simple and painless for Location Owners to take time off from receiving future referrals, anytime and for any reason. Location Owners need only to call us at (336) 355-7896.
- We do not notify those Contractors previously provided the listing...
- We send a "PAUSED" Confirmation to the Location Owner...
- We refrain from sending the listing to any more Contractors until the Location Owner opts to resume!
